Dear phone company,
I see right through you. I see your schemes of making bad quality items for ridiculous low prices to keep people buying more. You appeal to our consumerism. You think you've found a good balance between making your products last long enough for people to keep faith in them and making them die fast enough so that they will have no other choice but to buy another one. But I think not. With my luck with cellular devices, this just doesn't work for me. I refuse to get another one of your flimsy excuses of a cellphone for "Only $1 if you get it with our contract!" because I know you make your cellphones last as long as the contracts do. I'm going back to my ghetto phone from 3 years ago, because it's more brick than metal and plastic. Scratch that. Despite its indestructability, it has an average of one bar at a time. I would rather not have phone conversations where only every other word is audible.
Good day.
