It was almost normal. My dad started my morning off by yelling at me, I went to school, had a weekly Bubbleworld date with Esther and went to prayer meeting. But in between all that, there was a whole lot of loving going on*.
Since today marks the 18-year mile stone from the day I left my mother's womb, I thought it would be a good day to start a new 365-day project. Or maybe it'll be an every other day/once-a-week/possibly permanent thing. Who knows. I just want another way to encourage myself to write more and take more intentional pictures. I feel like it'll help me get out of this rut I'm in.
It's going to be dedicated to all the things I like, or as Kristy Lungren would put it, things "I love, but I don't love deeply."
So here goes.
Things I like:
#1.
*I.e. Stacy Cho's squealing, some extended hugs, a boy with a teddy bear, a tiramisu lunch, a girl at my door with cupcakes, coming home to presents on my desk, and blessings and encouragement from some wonderfully beautiful people.
**Fake fur, just in case animal rights activists decide to go trolling.
