Sometimes I wonder why I stopped taking Art. I miss having an entire block at school to be creative. I miss being meticulous with my work and being proud of something I spent weeks attempting to perfect. I miss not caring if I had charcoal on my hands or paint in my hair. I miss being able to say, "Heck yes, I did turn that piece of soap stone into a bear."
But then stuff like this happens, and then I remember exactly the reason why:
For those of you who don't understand the whole abstract concept I was going for, it's obviously Satan being chained to a lake of fire after being banished from heaven in reference to Milton's Paradise Lost. I really do love English Literature. It's one of those classes that you spend hours working on and all you can come up with is crap like this.

Check out this online art exhibition featuring paper art. I know this may not mean much coming from someone who can't figure out how to use an exact-o knife, but seriously, it's crazy.
