Isn't it strange how when you miss someone, you catch yourself falling into their habits - like the way they would brush the hair out of their eyes or the way they coughed. Or sometimes, you'll find yourself listening to their favourite songs or making their favourite meals, all unintentionally, as if your subconscious self is telling you that Radiohead and tomato soup will bring them back into your life.

I laughed like you the other day, and it felt like a ghost was on my lips.

When I think of you, I think of airplanes - the way they look so quiet when they are in the sky, but you know that if you got any closer, you would surrounded by roaring noise; the way that whenever I see one, I wish I was there.
