Who else could make heartbreak sound so adorable but Meaghan Smith? I saw her on the Juno Awards and had to listen to more of her stuff immediately. She reminds me a lot of Meiko, Zee Avi and Ingrid Michaelson.
I've also been spending a lot of time on BIRP! (http://www.blalocksirp.com/) lately. It's a great source for indie music, album/song reviews, playlist downloads and all such tunage that I'm into. It always leaves me with the dilemma of the fact that there's so much good music out there in this vast pool called the Internet, but rarely enough time to listen to it all and properly delve into it.
