Some of the best moments in my life have been spent sitting in his car, in the dark, in the middle of the parking lot. It's the moments when we eat ice cream when it's not even hot, just for old time's sakes. It's those moments when we have eating contests, and I pretty much destroy him by eating his dessert for him. It's the moments when we lay under the sun, with our toes in the grass. It's those moments when we know we don't have to be flesh and blood to be family. It's those moments when we share our experiences and catch up on each others' lives. The moments that stand alone and the truth comes out.
"The thing I really don't like is how it's so hard to have a really good conversation. It's so difficult in such a big group like our's. There just never seems to be enough time."
It's strange. We may all feel so tight when we laugh and fool around.
But how well do we really know each other?
